Im Bereich Messecongress Graz sind keine Lagermöglichkeiten vorhanden, bitte senden Sie Ihr Standmaterial so, dass es ausschließlich ab Montag, 9. September, zwischen 8 und 16 Uhr ankommt.
Storage at Messecongress Graz is not possible, booth material should arrive at beginning with 9th of September between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Die Abholung von Materialien nach dem Kongress ist von der gleichen Adresse bis 13.9. 17.00 Uhr möglich. Bitte verpacken Sie die Materialien abholbereit.
The collection of material is possible afterwards until the 13th of September 5 pm from the same address as mentioned above. Please, pack the material ready for Collection.
Zufahrt & Parkmöglichkeiten:Aussteller erhalten für die Dauer der Konferenz eine gratis Parkgenehmigung, die bei der Registrierung am Aufbautag erhältlich ist. Die Zufahrt ist ausschließlich über den Einfahrt 2 (GPS Fröhlichgasse 35) möglich.Details entnehmen Sie bitte dem Plan.
Directions & Parking facilities:
Each company will recieve a parking permission for free during the conference, which they will recieve at the registration. Access is only possible via driveway 2 (GPS Fröhlichgasse 35). Details can be found in the plan.

Öffnungszeiten Ausstellungsbereich / Opening hours exhibition area
Die Einrichtung des Ausstellungsstandes ist am Dienstag, den 10. September ab 12 Uhr möglich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Firmenausstellung am Freitag, den 13.9.2019 nach Ende der Konferenz bis 16.00 geräumt sein muss.
The mounting of the booths is possible on Tuesday, the 10th of September after 12.00 p.m. Please be aware that the exhibition area must be cleared until Friday, the 13th until 4 p.m.

Eröffnung der Firmenausstellung
Die Eröffnung der Firmenausstellung findet unmittelbar im Anschluss an die Eröffnung des Kongresses am 10. September 2019 ab etwa 21 Uhr in der Firmenausstellung statt.
Wir laden Sie herzlich dazu ein, einen kleinen Imbiss und/oder Getränke für ie BesucherInnen Ihres Standes bereitzustellen. Es steht Ihnen frei, selbst Produkte aus Ihrer Herkunftsregion oder Ihrem Herkunftsland mitzubringen oder sich der lokalen Catering-Firma zu bedienen. Der gesamte Eröffnungsabend wird von einer Band musikalisch begleitet.

Opening Event
The companies exhibition at the Österreichische Bibliothekartag 2019 will be opened right after the opening of the conference on the 10th of September 2019 at around 9 p.m. We would like to encourage you to offer snacks and/or beverages at your booth. You are free either to bring products from your region or country
or to make use of the local catering services. There is a band booked for musical entertainment for the duration of the opening night.

Standausstattung
Sie haben über die ÖBT Homepage nur die Standfläche gebucht. Wenn Sie die Standausstattung nicht selbst mitbringen, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an unseren Messebauer AMB Graz, der die Kosten dann auch direkt mit Ihnen verrechnen wird.
Booth equipment
If you do not bring your own booth equipment (wall panels, chairs, table, etc.): When registering your booth at the conference homepage, you only booked exhibition space. Booth equipment can be arranged with our booth constructor, AMB Graz. Please, contact them directly and you shall also be invoiced directly by them.
